Medicinal Benefits

  • Polyethylene glycol is a laxative used to treat constipation. It draws water into the intestine and softens stools making it easier to pass.
  • Sodium chloride is an electrolyte used to prevent and treat sodium loss caused by dehydration.
  • Potassium chloride is an antacid and an electrolyte.
  • Sodium bicarbonate is an antacid used to treat acid indigestion and heartburn.
  • It has a choice of orange or pineapple flavors for better taste.

Directions for Use

Check the label for directions before using it. Pour the contents of the pack into 1 liter of drinking water and stir several times to ensure the ingredients are dissolved. Then makeup to 2 litres with an additional quantity of drinking water. The solution tastes better if chilled before administration. The reconstituted solution should be refrigerated and used within 48 hours. Discard unused portions.
