Osteosyn Tablet is a nutritional supplement that promotes good bone and joint health and treats nutritional deficiency. It is indicated in the treatment of joint pain, inflammation, and osteoporosis. It improves flexibility and muscular strength. It contains Collagen, L-Citrulline, Astaxanthin, Magnesium, L-Glutamine, and Vitamin E. It supports overall bone and joint health by reducing inflammation and joint rigidity.

• Collagen helps regenerate cartilage (connective tissue), thereby providing strength to the bones and improving joints' flexibility.
• Vitamin E is antioxidant and anti-inflammatory in nature. It retards the progression of diseases like osteoarthritis by inhibiting oxidative stress and thus preventing inflammation in the body.
• Astaxanthin is a reddish pigment with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antineoplastic (cancer-treating) properties. It is also known to improve immune system functions and helps in the rejuvenation of cells.
• L-Citrulline is an amino acid that gets converted into nitric acid. This nitric oxide relaxes the arteries and helps them function better, resulting in improved blood flow and the prevention of various diseases.
• L-Glutamine, an amino acid, helps in the better functioning of the gut, strengthens the immune system, and helps recover from surgery, injuries, bone marrow transplant, complications of HIV/AIDS, and cancer chemotherapy.
• Magnesium helps increase bone mineral density and thus reduces the risk of bone fractures and osteoporosis.

Take medicine in the dose and duration prescribed by your doctor. Please do not take more than the daily recommended dosage. Swallow the tablet/capsule as a whole with a glass of water, preferably with meals or as directed by the physician. Do not try to break/crush/chew the tablet.

Side effects 

Use this medicine as prescribed by your doctor. Sometimes, you may experience common side effects like:

• Diarrhoea
• Stomach upset

These side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if these symptoms persist or worsen, please consult your doctor promptly.
