Nurokind Forte Tablet 10's

Nurokind Forte Tablet is a nutritional supplement that treats nutritional deficiencies caused due to poor nutrition or certain illnesses. It is composed of Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12), Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6), Folic acid, Niacinamide, Zinc and Chromium. It is indicated in high blood pressure, heart diseases, diabetes, and cancer. It boosts immunity and helps the body fight against various infections. It is essential in building the overall health and well-being of the body.

• Pyridoxine is involved in protein, fat, and carbohydrate metabolism and the creation of red blood cells and neurotransmitters. It also helps in cognitive development through the biosynthesis of neurotransmitters and maintains normal homocysteine levels (an amino acid in the blood).
• Methylcobalamin treats hyperhomocysteinemia (high levels of homocysteine in the blood) and regulates body functions, such as cell multiplication, blood formation, and protein synthesis. It helps in the rejuvenation and protection of damaged nerve cells by producing a substance called myelin. 
• Nicotinamide (also known as Niacinamide) is a form of vitamin B3 (niacin). It helps in replenishing the energy in the body cells and provides essential nutrients.
• Folic acid, a synthetic form of folate, helps form red blood cells. It treats folate deficiency anaemia and prevents DNA changes that may lead to cancer. 
• Chromium helps control blood sugar levels in diabetes and thus prevents nerve damage due to increased blood sugar.
• Zinc is a mineral that boosts immunity and promotes the growth and development of body tissues. It is essential for vision, fighting against rhinoviruses (that cause the common cold), immune function, bone metabolism, taste, wound healing, insulin production, blood clotting, and thyroid function.

Take medicine in the dose and duration prescribed by your doctor. Please do not take more than the daily recommended dosage. Swallow the tablet/capsule as a whole with a glass of water. Do not try to break/crush/chew it.

Use this medicine as prescribed by your doctor. Sometimes, you may experience common side effects like:

• Diarrhoea
• Nausea
• Vomiting
