Nucarnit-M Tablet belongs to the class of 'nutritional supplements' primarily used to treat nutritional deficiencies due to various complications or long-term diseases. A nutritional deficiency occurs when the body does not absorb or get enough nutrients from food. Nutrient deficiency can lead to many health problems like a weakened immune system, skin problems, digestion problems, defective bone growth, and neurological diseases.

Nucarnit-M Tablet contains Folic acid, L-carnitine L-tartrate, and Mecobalamin (Methylcobalamin). Folic acid (vitamin B9) replenishes the deficient folic acid in the body. It helps in the production of healthy red blood cells and DNA. L-carnitine L-tartrate is an amino acid derivative that helps the body turn fat into energy. Mecobalamin (Methylcobalamin) regulates body functions like cell growth, blood formation, and protein synthesis. It also prevents nerve damage by forming a protective layer (myelin) around the nerves.

Take Nucarnit-M Tablet as suggested. The common side-effects of Nucarnit-M Tablet are diarrhoea, nausea (feeling sick), and vomiting. These side effects are mild and usually do not require medical attention. However, inform your doctor if any of these side effects persist or worsen.

Do not take Nucarnit-M Tablet if you are allergic to any of its contents. Before taking Nucarnit-M Tablet , inform your doctor if you are taking any suggested, non-suggested medicines, herbal products, or dietary supplements. Inform your doctor if you have malabsorption syndrome (difficulty absorbing nutrition from food), cancer, kidney dialysis, optic nerve damage, hypokalemia (low potassium levels in the blood), and stent in the heart. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Do not use Nucarnit-M Tablet if you are allergic to any of its contents. Let your doctor know if you have a history of seizures (fits), liver disease, kidney disease, cancer, obesity, hypokalemia, optic nerve damage, or diabetes before using Nucarnit-M Tablet . Please inform your doctor if you are using any suggested and non-suggested medications, including vitamins, and herbal supplements. Do not take Nucarnit-M Tablet if you are pregnant or breastfeeding unless suggested by the doctor. Do not take antacids before or after 2 hours of taking Nucarnit-M Tablet as they may interfere with the action of Nucarnit-M Tablet . 

• Try Vitamin B complex food sources like milk, cheese, eggs, chicken, red meat, tuna, mackerel, salmon, shellfish, oysters, clams, dark green vegetables such as spinach and kale, beetroot, avocados, potatoes, whole grains, cereals, kidney beans, black beans, and chickpea.

• Include fruits like citrus, banana, and watermelon in your diet.

• Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption.

• Exercise regularly, and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Avoid excess fatty foods.
