Neuronz D Tablet fulfils your daily dose of multivitamins and minerals intake and improves your general health and well-being. It helps treat nutritional deficiencies caused due to poor intake of nutrients from food or other illnesses. It contains Alpha Lipoic acid, Folic Acid, Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12), Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6), and Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol). It further boosts immunity and helps the body fight against various infections. It also has an anti-inflammatory action that reduces inflammation and the risk of chronic diseases.

• Pyridoxine is involved in protein, fat, and carbohydrate metabolism and the creation of red blood cells and neurotransmitters. It also helps in cognitive development through the biosynthesis of neurotransmitters and maintains normal homocysteine levels (an amino acid in the blood).
• Methylcobalamin regulates body functions, such as cell multiplication, blood formation, and protein synthesis. It helps in the rejuvenation and protection of damaged nerve cells by producing a substance called myelin. 
• Alpha-lipoic acid is an antioxidant that prevents cell damage. It helps in breaking down the carbohydrates to supply energy to various organs in the body. Alpha-lipoic acid is known to reduce cancer cell viability.
• Vitamin D3 is used to treat and prevent bone disorders, such as rickets and osteomalacia. It also reduces inflammation and promotes neuromuscular and immune functions.
• Folic acid helps form red blood cells and prevents DNA changes that may lead to cancer.

Take medicine in the dose and duration prescribed by your doctor. Please do not take more than the daily recommended dosage. Swallow the tablet/capsule as a whole with a glass of water, preferably with meals or as directed by the physician. Do not try to break/crush/chew the tablet.

Side effects 

Use this medicine as prescribed by your doctor. Sometimes, you may experience common side effects like:

• Nausea
• Vomiting
• Diarrhoea

These side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if these symptoms persist or worsen, please consult your doctor promptly.
