About Neuromeff-LC Tablet

Neuromeff-LC Tablet is used to treat nutritional deficiencies. It is used to treat and prevent folate deficiency and vitamin B12 deficiency. Neuromeff-LC Tablet effectively treats various conditions caused by to lack of vitamins, such as anaemia (lack of red blood cells), peripheral neuropathy (nerve disorder), seizures (fits), hyperoxaluria (excess oxalate levels in urine), homocystinuria (accumulation of an amino acid called homocysteine in urine and blood), cyanide poisoning and hyperhomocysteinemia (high levels of homocysteine in the blood).

Neuromeff-LC Tablet contains Folic acid, L-carnitine, and Methylcobalamin. Folic acid helps form red blood cells and prevents DNA changes that may lead to cancer. It prevents and treats low blood levels of folate (folate deficiency) and high blood levels of amino acid, homocysteine (hyperhomocysteinemia). L-Carnitine is a type of amino acid that is naturally produced by the body. It is used by the body to produce energy and is important for the health of the heart, brain, muscles, and other body parts.  Methylcobalamin regulates body functions, such as cell multiplication, blood formation, and protein synthesis.

Your doctor will decide the dosage based on your medical condition. Sometimes, Neuromeff-LC Tablet may cause common side effects like nausea, stomach upset, diarrhoea, drowsiness, flushing, and numbness/tingling. These side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time.

Let your doctor know if you are using other drugs, and herbal products before starting Neuromeff-LC Tablet . FAQs

Neuromeff-LC Tablet is used to treat nutritional deficiencies, anaemia, folate deficiency, and Vitamin B12 deficiency.
Neuromeff-LC Tablet is a vitamin supplement and consists of Folic acid, L-carnitine and Methylcobalamin (vitamin B12). When you lack these vitamins in your body, which cannot be recovered even with the food sources, Neuromeff-LC Tablet helps in normalising these deficient levels. Collectively, Neuromeff-LC Tablet treats nutritional deficiencies.
Vitamin B12 deficiency is caused when you don't have enough Methylcobalamine or Mecobalamin levels in your body. You can include natural Vitamin B12 sources like eggs, beef, liver, chicken, trout, salmon, tuna, fish, clams, fortified breakfast cereal, low-fat milk, yoghurt, and cheese in your diet to treat the deficiency. If you still have low levels of B12, please consult your doctor for its supplements.
Folate deficiency occurs when your body lacks adequate folic acid/folate levels. You can overcome this deficiency by including food sources rich in folic acid like broccoli, brussels sprouts, leafy green vegetables, cabbage, kale, spring greens, spinach, peas, chickpeas, kidney beans, liver (avoid this during pregnancy) and breakfast cereals fortified with folic acid. If your folic acid levels are still low, your doctor may advise its supplements.
It is important to tell your doctor if you have malabsorption syndrome (difficulty absorbing nutrition from food) since it may be hard to absorb vitamins through oral administration. Your doctor may advise other dosage forms of Neuromeff-LC Tablet in such a case.
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is time for the next scheduled dose, skip the missed dose and follow your usual dosage.
Yes, Neuromeff-LC Tablet can help boost the immune system. It contains a combination of folic acid, L-carnitine, and methylcobalamin. Folic acid is essential for red blood cell production, L-carnitine has antioxidant properties used as a nutritional supplement in disease conditions like diabetes and nervous and heart problems. Methylcobalamin (vitamin B12) is essential for nerve function, which contributes to a robust immune system.
Avoid taking alcohol with Neuromeff-LC Tablet as it reduces the absorption and increases the elimination of folic acid. Alcohol can also worsen the side effects like drowsiness and stomach upset.
It's not advisable to take Neuromeff-LC Tablet without consulting a doctor. This is because your doctor can determine whether the supplement is appropriate for your specific health needs and circumstances. They can also guide you on the correct dosage and monitor for any potential side effects or interactions with other medications you might be taking.
Neuromeff-LC Tablet can be taken at any time of the day, with or without food. However, it is generally recommended to take it in the morning after meals for optimal absorption and effectiveness. But take it at the same time each day to maintain consistent levels in your body.
The common side effects of Neuromeff-LC Tablet are nausea, stomach upset, diarrhoea, drowsiness, flushing, and numbness/tingling. If any of these side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.
