• Begin by washing your hands and using clean utensils.
• Sterilise the feeding spoon, bowl and other utensils to be used.
• Boil drinking water for 5 minutes, then allow it to cool until it's lukewarm.
• Pour the exact amount of lukewarm water as per the feeding table in the sterilised bowl.
• Consult the feeding table and add the correct number of level scoops for the age of your baby. Always use the provided scoop.
• Shake or mix the formula to dissolve the powder completely.
• Feed your baby with a bowl and spoon. Remember to discard any leftover feed.
