Myonext Tablet belongs to a class of medications called nutritional supplements used to reduce the symptoms of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Also, it restores normal menstruation and improves the overall function of the ovaries. Polycystic ovary syndrome is a hormonal disorder common in women of reproductive age. 

Myonext Tablet is a combination of supplements, namely: Myo-Inositol, Folic acid, and Melatonin. Myonext Tablet corrects hormonal imbalance, improves insulin resistance, ovulation, and overall ovarian function.  

Take Myonext Tablet as prescribed by your doctor. You are advised to take Myonext Tablet for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you based on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience nausea, diarrhoea, gas, or bloating. Most of these side effects of Myonext Tablet do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor. 

If you are allergic to Myonext Tablet or any other medicines, please tell your doctor. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult a doctor before using Myonext Tablet . You are recommended to take Myonext Tablet for as long as it is advised by your doctor. Avoid driving if you feel drowsy after taking Myonext Tablet . You are advised to avoid alcohol consumption with Myonext Tablet as it may increase the risk of adverse effects.

Drug-Drug Interaction: Myonext Tablet may interact with antidiabetic drugs, immunosuppressant (methotrexate), antibiotic (nitrofurantoin, tetracycline), antiparasitic drug (pyrimethamine), sedative-hypnotics (phenobarbital, secobarbital), anticonvulsants (phenytoin, primidone, pregabalin), antiallergic drug (diphenhydramine), benzodiazepine (alprazolam) and antidepressant (duloxetine, escitalopram, sertraline).

• Eat a healthy diet, especially green leafy vegetables, and do regular physical exercise.
• Limit junk food items from outside and stick to freshly prepared home-cooked meals.
• Eat cabbage, spinach, broccoli, asparagus, kale, Brussels sprouts, lentils, peas, and beans. Also include beef and yeast extracts, poultry, liver, shellfish and pork. 
• Drink plenty of fluids to stay hydrated.
• Avoid consumption of alcohol.

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS): It is a hormonal disorder common in women of reproductive age. It causes enlarged ovaries with small cysts on the outer edges. Women with PCOS have irregular periods and higher than normal male hormones. PCOS might cause diabetes and heart problems. Symptoms of PCOS include irregular periods, excess hair growth, obesity, male pattern baldness, headache, darkening of the skin, and acne.
