Myofeel Tablet is a combination of Acetyl L Carnitine, Palmitoylethanolamide, and Vitamin E. Acetyl L-Carnitine is converted into L-Carnitine, which helps the body produce energy from fat. It also reduces muscle fatigue. Palmitoylethanolamide is an analgesic that has anti-inflammatory and neuromuscular pain-relieving properties. Vitamin E reduces the frequency of cramps.

Palmitoylethanolamide is an analgesic that has anti-inflammatory and neuromuscular pain-relieving properties.
