Meconerv-Z syrup is a nutritional supplement used to manage peripheral neuropathy (damage to the nerves outside the brain and spinal cord).

• Methylcobalamin (a form of vitamin B12) is essential for the growth, cell reproduction, and synthesis of various nerve components with profound neurological effects and red blood cell production.
• Cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) regulates neuronal growth and differentiation.
• Zinc gluconate regulates glucose metabolism in the spinal cord and nerves.
• Lysine suppresses the agents that cause inflammation and protects the nerves.
• Niacinamide (a form of vitamin B3) is an antioxidant and calcium modulator. It improves energy status and inhibits cell death in ischemic (oxygen deficient) tissues.
• Biotin is necessary for the proper functioning of enzymes that transport carboxyl units and fix carbon dioxide and is required for various metabolic functions, including gluconeogenesis (generation of glucose), lipogenesis (conversion of fatty acids and glycerol into fats), fatty acid biosynthesis, propionate metabolism, and breakdown of branched-chain amino acids.
