K-Shine Soap is a unique coaltar and salicylic acid soap which combines the power of both these active ingredients to help alleviate several skin and scalp conditions. This coaltar and salicylic acid soap is also effective in managing cracked heels, palmoplantar keratoderma (wherein the skin on palms and soles thickens), dandruff, scaling or even plain itching and flaking skin. However, if you're dealing with soreness due to psoriasis or pustular psoriasis, or if you have infected skin, it's best to steer clear of this product.
