Hi-Q 300Mg Tablet is a combination of Astaxanthin and Coenzyme Q10. Astaxanthin improves the functioning and motility of the sperm. • Include meat, fish, eggs, shellfish, and other zinc-rich foods. Zinc supplementation helps in increasing testosterone levels and sperm count.
• Limit foods with high cholesterol and saturated fats.
• Cut down on sugar, salt and processed foods.
