About Galto Tablet

Galto Tablet belongs to the 'digestive enzymes' class, which generally relieves flatulence, bloating, and belching. As the amount of enzyme diminishes with age or for any reason, these various nutrients are destroyed by intestinal bacteria, resulting in increased generation of intestinal gas, which causes pain and bloating.

What if I have taken an overdose of Galto Tablet

Do not take more than the suggested dose. Using more medication will not improve your symptoms; instead, they may cause serious side effects or poisoning. If you suspect that you may have overdosed of Galto Tablet or observe any side effects, please go to the emergency department of the closest hospital or nursing home. No specific side effects have been reported under these circumstances.

Diet & Lifestyle Advise

Please take foods rich in probiotics such as yoghurt/curd, kefir, sauerkraut, tempeh, kimchi, miso, kombucha, buttermilk, natto, and cheese.
Eat fibre-rich foods to promote digestion.
Avoid eating too much, eating too fast, eating high-fat foods, or eating during stressful situations that can burden your stomach.
Eating small meals at regular intervals so the stomach does not have to work as hard or as long.
Smoking can irritate the stomach lining; hence please avoid it.
Sleep with your head elevated (at least 6 inches) above your feet, and use pillows. This helps digestive juices flow into the intestines rather than the oesophagus.
