About Folsafe-D Capsule

Folsafe-D Capsule is used to treat and prevent nutritional deficiencies. Nutritional deficiencies occur when the body does not absorb or obtain enough nutrients from food. Vitamins and minerals are essential for body development and disease prevention.

Folsafe-D Capsule is a combination of four nutritional supplements namely: L Methyl Folate, Methylcobalamin, Pyridoxal-5-phosphate, and DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid). It helps maintain the fetus's normal cognitive function, neurological processes, and birth weight and meets the mother's increased needs during preconception, pregnancy, and nursing.

Take Folsafe-D Capsule as recommended. Some common side effects, such as stomach upset, diarrhoea, nausea, and vomiting, may occur. However, if you notice any symptoms of Vomiting, Diarrhoea, Nausea, Headache, or Loss of appetite you should contact your doctor immediately. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.
