Deflab Capsule belongs to the group of anti-obesity medicines. Deflab Capsule is used in the treatment of obesity by promoting weight loss. It helps in controlling weight and BMI (body mass index) on the whole. In addition, it reduces inches in terms of waist and hip size. • Invest in a balanced diet. Do not starve yourself. Make sure you eat lean, clean and small meals. Eat more vegetables, fruits, whole grains, lean meats and low-dairy fat products.

• Taking the stairs instead of the elevator can also prove helpful in losing weight.
