About Cognismart Tablet

Cognismart Tablet belongs to the class of 'nutritional supplements,' primarily used to improve cognitive/mental function. Cognismart Tablet is used to treat depression, memory disorders, anxiety, dementia (memory loss) in Alzheimer's disease, and dizziness (vertigo). Alzheimer's disease is a neurological disorder that causes dementia (memory loss) and slowly destroys the ability to think, learn, communicate, and handle daily activities.

Cognismart Tablet contains Ginkgo Biloba and S-adenosyl methionine. Ginkgo Biloba is a herbal product. It is widely used to treat memory and thought problems, anxiety, and vision problems.
