Also, Zinc may decrease the absorption of antibiotics and can reduce their effectiveness. Hence, it is advised to maintain at least an hour gap between Cimune-SF Orange Flavour Tablet and other antibiotics. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before taking Cimune-SF Orange Flavour Tablet . It is advised to limit the alcohol intake while using Cimune-SF Orange Flavour Tablet . Cimune-SF Orange Flavour Tablet is safe to use in children when suggested by the doctor.
