CD-Bless Tablet belongs to the class of nutritional supplements used to prevent or treat low blood calcium levels in people who cannot get sufficient calcium from their diets. CD-Bless Tablet effectively treats various conditions caused by low calcium levels in the body, such as osteoporosis (weak and brittle bones), osteomalacia/rickets (weak bones) and hypoparathyroidism (low levels of parathyroid hormone), and latent tetany (a muscle disease with low blood calcium levels).

CD-Bless Tablet contains Calcium citrate, calcium aspartate, calcium orotate, and vitamin D3. Calcium supplements are used to prevent or treat a calcium deficiency. They provide essential nutrients to maintain bone formation. Vitamin D3 helps the body to absorb calcium.  Thereby, it increases calcium levels in the blood and helps to build and maintain strong bones.

Take CD-Bless Tablet as advised by your doctor. In some cases, you may experience nausea, headache, vomiting, constipation or dry mouth. The side effects of CD-Bless Tablet do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor. 

If you are allergic to CD-Bless Tablet , vitamin D products or any other medicines, please tell your doctor. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a doctor before using CD-Bless Tablet . • Include dairy products like milk, yoghurt, cheese, or milk-based custard in your diet.
• Eat daily a serving of broccoli, cabbage, bok choy (Chinese white cabbage), spinach, and other green leafy vegetables.
• Snack on calcium-rich nuts like Brazil nuts or almonds.
• Sprinkle sesame seeds over your food, vegetables, and salads. Sesame seeds are high in calcium.
• Avoid or reduce the intake of caffeine, soft drinks, and alcohol that inhibit calcium absorption.
• Replace the meat with tofu or tempeh for extra calcium in your food.
