About Carnimet-E Tablet

Carnimet-E Tablet is used to treat nutritional deficiencies. A nutritional deficiency occurs when the body does not absorb or get enough nutrients from food. Vitamins and minerals are necessary for body development and the prevention of diseases.

Carnimet-E Tablet consists of Vitamin E, L-Carnitine, and Mecobalamin. Vitamin E acts as an antioxidant that inhibits the formation of free radicals (harmful chemicals) and prevents further accumulation and production of free radicals. L-Carnitine is an amino acid essential for energy production in the body as it enables cells to break down fats to produce energy. Mecobalamin helps treat certain anaemias and nerve problems. Together Carnimet-E Tablet restores the body’s essential nutrients.

Take Carnimet-E Tablet as recommended. You may sometimes experience nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, or headache. Most of these side effects of Carnimet-E Tablet do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

Do not take Carnimet-E Tablet if you are allergic to any components present in it. Carnimet-E Tablet should be used with caution in children and only if recommended by a doctor.
