Drug-Drug Interaction: Calnexa Tablet may interact with antacids, antibiotics (ceftriaxone, penicillamine), heart-related medicines (digoxin), HIV/AIDS medicines (dolutegravir, ritonavir), hormones (levothyroxine), anti-cancer drugs (cisplatin), water-pills, and calcium channel blocker (verapamil).

Drug-Food Interaction: Avoid or reduce the intake of caffeine, soft drinks and alcohol as they may inhibit calcium absorption.
