B Fit CD Tablet is a nutritional supplement that boosts immunity and aids in the growth and development of the body. It contains Policosanol, Alpha-lipoic acid, Astaxanthin, Lycopene, Eicosapentaenoic acid, Docosahexaenoic acid, Folic acid, Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6), Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin), Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Zinc, Chromium, and Selenium. It is used as adjuvant therapy for various diseases, including diabetes, high cholesterol, cardiovascular diseases, and immune deficiency disorders. It also supports the normal functioning of the heart, nervous system, and gastrointestinal tract.

• Astaxanthin is a reddish pigment with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antineoplastic (cancer-treating) properties. It is also known to improve immune system functions and helps in the rejuvenation of cells.
• Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) are omega fatty acids that control cholesterol levels and thus improve cardiovascular health.
• Lycopene is a carotenoid (plant pigment) and an antioxidant that protects cells from damage by fighting against free radicals (unstable atoms that damage cells). It is used for high blood pressure and high cholesterol and prevents cancer and heart diseases.
• Pyridoxine is involved in protein, fat, and carbohydrate metabolism and the creation of red blood cells and neurotransmitters. It also helps in cognitive development through the biosynthesis of neurotransmitters and maintains normal homocysteine levels (an amino acid in the blood).
• Methylcobalamin treats hyperhomocysteinemia (high levels of homocysteine in the blood) and regulates body functions, such as cell multiplication, blood formation, and protein synthesis.
• Policosanol is a chemical used to decrease cholesterol and treat leg pain due to poor blood flow during exercise.
• Alpha-lipoic acid is an antioxidant that prevents cell damage and also decreases pain and numbness in diabetic neuropathy.
• Vitamin C strengthens the immune system and protects the body against various infections.
• Vitamin D is used to treat and prevent bone disorders, such as rickets and osteomalacia. It also reduces inflammation and promotes neuromuscular and immune functions.
• Vitamin E (Tocopherol) helps nourish and protect the skin from damage caused by the free radicals. It also lowers the chances of heart diseases, cancers, vision problems, and brain disorders.

• Selenium is a mineral that prevents various diseases of the heart and blood vessels like stroke, complications from statin drugs, and abnormal cholesterol levels.

Take medicine in the dose and duration prescribed by your doctor. Please do not take more than the daily recommended dosage. Swallow the tablet/capsule as a whole with a glass of water, preferably with meals or as directed by the physician. Do not try to break/crush/chew the tablet.

Use this medicine as prescribed by your doctor. Sometimes, you may experience common side effects like:
