Please inform your doctor if you are experiencing any urinary retention after taking Zirlon AH 5 mg/60 mg Tablet. Also, you should tell your doctor if you are taking midodrine for the treatment of low blood pressure and ritonavir for HIV infection. Inform your doctor before taking Zirlon AH 5 mg/60 mg Tablet if you are allergic to cetirizine or ambroxol, have severe liver or kidney problems, or have epilepsy. Check with your doctor if you are pregnant or currently breast-feeding or taking any other prescribed or non-prescribed medicines.
Drug-Drug Interaction: This medicine may interact with other anti-allergic drugs (aprepitant, diphenhydramine), Sedatives (alprazolam, lorazepam, diazepam), blood thinners (warfarin), etc.
Drug-Food Interaction: Zirlon AH 5 mg/60 mg Tablet may interact with other herbal/ayurvedic supplements. There is limited evidence regarding the same. So, if you are using any of the OTC items, please tell your doctor.
