Vvs 3 Injection belongs to the group of medicines called antibiotics used to treat bacterial infections. Bacterial infections are caused due to the multiplication of harmful bacteria inside or on the body. Vvs 3 Injection does not work against infections caused by the virus, including cold and flu.
Vvs 3 Injection contains Cefepime and Sulbactam. Cefepime prevents the formation of the bacterial protective covering that is essential for the survival of bacteria in the human body. Sulbactam enhances the activity of Cefepime against bacteria and decreases bacterial resistance. Together, Vvs 3 Injection helps to treat bacterial infections.
In some cases, Vvs 3 Injection may cause side effects such as injection site reactions, diarrhoea and rash. These side effects may not require medical attention and resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to the doctor if the side effects persist or worsen.
Let the doctor know if you are allergic to any of the components in Vvs 3 Injection. Consult the doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep the doctor informed about your health condition and medications to avoid unpleasant side effects/interactions.
