It also effectively treats CNS fungal infections transmitted by epidural injection of contaminated steroids. On the other hand, it can prevent fungal infections in people undergoing bone marrow transplants. VORAZE 200MG VIAL injection works by killing or preventing fungi or yeast by inhibiting an enzyme in fungi responsible for its normal fat metabolism, thereby interfering with the fungal cell membrane formation. Drug-Drug Interactions: VORAZE 200MG VIAL injection is known to interact with immunosuppressants (e.g. Sirolimus), antibiotics (e.g. rifampicin, rifabutin) and anticonvulsant medications (e.g. carbamazepine).

Drug-Food Interactions: VORAZE 200MG VIAL injection is known to interact with St. John's wort (a natural remedy to treat depression). 

Drug-Disease Interactions: VORAZE 200MG VIAL injection may interact with disease conditions, including cardiac disorders (QT prolongation), hereditary intolerance for galactose (a person lacks the protein needed to break down fructose), Lapp lactase deficiency (hereditary condition; difficult to digest lactose), or glucose-galactose malabsorption (a genetic metabolic disease characterized by impaired glucose-galactose absorption).
