Do not use coverings such as dressing, bandages, or make-up after applying Toladerm Cream unless told by the doctor. Let the doctor know if you are taking any other medicines, including supplements and herbal products.

• Regularly change your socks and wash your feet. Avoid shoes that make your feet sweaty and hot.
• Avoid walking barefoot in wet places such as changing rooms and gym showers to prevent fungal infections.
• Do not scratch the affected area of the skin, as it can spread the infection to other body parts.
• Avoid sharing towels, combs, bedsheets, shoes or socks with others.
• Wash your bedsheets and towels regularly.
• Avoid getting in contact with harsh soaps, detergents and rough fabrics.

Wash your hands before and after using Toladerm Cream; however, do not wash your hands if you are applying Toladerm Cream on your hands.
