Thri-O-Shot-DS Kit is used for treating female infertility caused by ovulatory disorders. It helps in maintaining the hormonal balance in the body and improving pregnancy rates by inducing the release of egg cells in a process called ovulation. Female infertility is a condition in which a woman is unable to conceive despite frequent unprotected sex for at least a year. 

Thri-O-Shot-DS Kit contains ‘’Acetylcysteine, Astaxanthin and Clomiphene.’’ Thri-O-Shot-DS Kit treats infertility by enhancing the success rate of pregnancy and conception through the mechanism of follicle stimulation. Thri-O-Shot-DS Kit stimulates the brain to release a surge of reproductive hormones, which in turn act on ovarian follicles and promote ovulation (the release of egg cells from the ovary). Thri-O-Shot-DS Kit is also a potent antioxidant and is useful in promoting overall health, nutrition and well-being.

Thri-O-Shot-DS Kit is a prescription-only medicine. Take Thri-O-Shot-DS Kit as prescribed. Thri-O-Shot-DS Kit may be taken with or without food. In some cases, Thri-O-Shot-DS Kit may cause certain common side effects such as stomach upset, bloating, mood swings and headache. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if these side effects persist or worsen. 

Inform your doctor in case of any history of menstrual problems, ovarian cysts, polycystic ovaries (PCOS), stomach ulcers, liver disease, kidney disease or cardiac disorders. Keep your doctor informed of your entire medical history, including any history of hormone-dependent cancers, asthma, high blood cholesterol, anorexia or fits/epilepsy. Consult your doctor if you are planning to get pregnant before taking Thri-O-Shot-DS Kit during pregnancy or if you are breastfeeding. Consult your doctor before taking alcohol with Thri-O-Shot-DS Kit as there may be an interaction.

Thri-O-Shot-DS Kit is an ovarian stimulant. It contains Acetylcysteine, Astaxanthin and Clomiphene. It is used primarily to improve female fertility in those suffering from problems related to the proper release of the egg cells (ovulation). Acetylcysteine is a potent antioxidant and is useful in enhancing spontaneous ovulation and pregnancy rates while also regulating menstruation, periods and overall reproductive health. Astaxanthin is also a potent antioxidant that protects cells from oxidative stress and damage. Clomiphene is an ovarian stimulant and selective oestrogen receptor modulator. It regulates the levels of oestrogen in the body and increases the release of gonadotropic hormones FSH and LH. FSH and LH, in turn, act on the ovaries and follicles to augment the liberation of eggs from inside the follicles, thereby making the egg cells available and approachable for fertilisation by male sperm. In conjunction, Thri-O-Shot-DS Kit is hence used to treat infertility and to improve overall hormonal and gynaecological health.

Thri-O-Shot-DS Kit should not be used in case of any known allergy to either of the components. Thri-O-Shot-DS Kit should be used with caution in case of high risk or previous history of any cardiovascular health disorders or endocrinological issues such as diabetes, hypothyroidism or any hormonal disturbances. Thri-O-Shot-DS Kit is not recommended for use in post-menopausal women, children or men. Thri-O-Shot-DS Kit may increase the risk of breast or any hormone-dependent cancer. Thri-O-Shot-DS Kit should be used with caution in those with heart problems, established infertility, peptic ulcer disease, liver diseases, blood clotting problems, kidney disease and or polycystic ovarian syndrome. Keep your doctor informed of your entire medical history, including any history of hormone-dependent cancers, asthma, high blood cholesterol, lactose intolerance, anorexia or fits/epilepsy. Inform your doctor before using Thri-O-Shot-DS Kit during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Let your doctor know if you are already on any hormonal therapy or on treatment with antitussives (cough medicines), antibiotics, activated charcoal and heart medicines for angina. 

Drug-Drug Interactions: Thri-O-Shot-DS Kit may interact with hormones (gonadorelin), retinoid (bexarotene), medicine for vaginal dryness and painful sex (ospemifene), blood thinners (heparin, coumadin, warfarin) and analgesic (aspirin). 

Drug-Food Interactions: No interactions found/established.

Drug-Disease Interactions: Thri-O-Shot-DS Kit should be used with caution in patients with a known hypersensitivity disorder, abnormal uterine bleeding, breast, cervical or uterine cancer, hepatic dysfunction, pituitary inactivity, and high blood cholesterol.

• Reducing weight and having a healthy BMI is very important to improve fertility.
• Avoid smoking to improve fertility. 
• For better fertility, avoid caffeine and caffeinated drinks. Eat foods rich in antioxidants like zinc and folate and cut down on carbs. Increase your fibre intake. 
• Your doctor may ask you to record your daily temperature every morning and make a chart of your body temperature to help determine when ovulation will occur (as body temperature tends to be slightly higher around then). The timing of sex and ovulation is important for Thri-O-Shot-DS Kit to show its benefits. Your doctor will advise you on the same. 

• Do not discontinue taking Thri-O-Shot-DS Kit abruptly or without the advice of the physician.
• Please know that your doctor may order blood tests to check your hormone levels while you are on Thri-O-Shot-DS Kit. 
• Your doctor will also order frequent pelvic examinations while you are on treatment with Thri-O-Shot-DS Kit.
• Thri-O-Shot-DS Kit is not usually given for more than 5 days in one course.
• Bring any mood swings or mood changes to your doctor’s attention. Please see a mental health care professional if need be. 
• Before starting Thri-O-Shot-DS Kit, speak to your doctor about the risk of multiple pregnancies (twins or triplets) and ectopic pregnancy (where the baby grows outside the uterus). 

Female Infertility: Female infertility is defined as the inability to get pregnant despite frequent unprotected sex for one year at least (or 6 months, if 35 years of age). Age, weight, hormones and other organic causes are usually responsible for infertility. However, infertility is mostly a treatable condition.
