About Theodep C Tablet
Theodep C Tablet is a combination medicine used to treat depression and anxiety. Depression is a mental health disorder characterised by a persistent and intense feeling of sadness. Anxiety is a feeling of fear, dread, and uneasiness.
Theodep C Tablet contains Chlordiazepoxide and Imipramine. Chlordiazepoxide increases the action of a chemical messenger called GABA, which suppresses the abnormal activity of nerve cells in the brain. Imipramine elevates the levels of chemical messengers in the brain that help regulate mood. Together, it helps treat depression and anxiety.
Sometimes, Theodep C Tablet may cause side effects such as dry mouth, tiredness, constipation, confusion, and weight gain. These side effects may not require medical attention and resolve gradually over time. However, if any of the side effects persist or worsen, consult the doctor.
Tell the doctor if you are allergic to any components in Theodep C Tablet . Consult the doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep the doctor informed about your health condition and medications to rule out any side effects/interactions.
