Theodep C Tablet contains Chlordiazepoxide and Imipramine. Chlordiazepoxide increases the action of a chemical messenger called GABA, which suppresses the abnormal activity of nerve cells in the brain. Imipramine elevates the levels of chemical messengers in the brain that help regulate mood. Together, it helps treat depression and anxiety.

Sometimes, Theodep C Tablet may cause side effects such as dry mouth, tiredness, constipation, confusion, and weight gain. These side effects may not require medical attention and resolve gradually over time. However, if any of the side effects persist or worsen, consult the doctor.

Do not take Theodep C Tablet if you are allergic to its components. Inform the doctor if you have/had mood/mental disorders, alcoholism or drug addiction, liver or kidney disease, heart problems, stroke, seizures, overactive thyroid, narrow-angle glaucoma, problems with urination, if you are due to undergo any surgery or if you are taking or have taken MAOI (Monoamine oxidase inhibitors) in the past 14 days. If you have suicidal thoughts such as killing or harming yourself, seek medical attention immediately. Consult the doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Let the doctor know if you take other medicines, including herbal products and supplements.
