Tranexamic Acid is an anti-fibrinolytic that reduces the production of melanin (a pigment that gives colour to the skin) by altering the activity of some enzymes that aid in melanin synthesis. Glutathione is an antioxidant that protects against cell and tissue damage, lightens skin tone, and helps detoxify the skin.
