Telma-MCT 40/25/12.5 mg Tablet is an anti-hypertensive medicine used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). Telma-MCT 40/25/12.5 mg Tablet helps lower blood pressure, thereby reducing the chances of heart problems such as heart attack and stroke. High blood pressure is a condition in which the blood exerts increased pressure on the walls of blood vessels. Symptoms include headache, dizziness, nosebleeds, changes in vision, chest pain, weakness and dyspnea (shortness of breath). However, most of the time, the signs and symptoms of hypertension are none.
 
Telma-MCT 40/25/12.5 mg Tablet is a combination of three drugs, namely: Chlorthalidone, Telmisartan, and Metoprolol. Chlorthalidone lowers blood pressure and swelling by removing excess fluid and electrolytes via urine.
