Tel-AH 40 Tablet helps to lower high blood pressure thus reducing the chances of future heart attack and stroke.
You can take Tel-AH 40 Tablet with food or without food. It should be swallowed whole with a glass of water. Do not chew, bite, or break it. Your doctor will guide you on how to take tablets based on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience ankle swelling, headache, dizziness, tiredness, taste change, muscle weakness, dry mouth, and extreme thirst.
