Sitcom LD Rectal Cream is indicated in the treatment of painful anal fissures and fistula associated with haemorrhoids. Haemorrhoids, also known as piles, are the inflamed and swollen veins in the rectum and anus that cause discomfort, pain, and bleeding. An anal fissure is a small tear in the mucosa that lines the anus.

Sitcom LD Rectal Cream contains Euphorbia prostrata extract and Lidocaine. Euphorbia prostrata extract prevents bleeding by shrinking the blood vessels.
