In some cases, it may cause common side effects such as ejaculation disorders (orgasm with reduced or no sperm), dizziness, diarrhoea, stuffy nose (nasal congestion), and orthostatic hypotension (sudden lowering in blood pressure leading to dizziness on standing). Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
