Drug-Drug Interaction: S-Van 500mg Infusion may interact with antibiotics (amikacin, gentamicin, bacitracin),  blood thinner (enoxaparin, warfarin), diuretics  (furosemide), anti-diabetics (metformin, insulin-glargine), vaccines (cholera vaccine, typhoid vaccine), oestrogen (ethinylestradiol), pain killers (ketorolac), and antacids (pantoprazole).
