About Ruto-Bt Tablet

Ruto-Bt Tablet is a combination medication used to relieve musculoskeletal pain in the conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, tendonitis and bursitis. Arthritis is a condition in which the joints are affected due to the breakdown of cartilage that cushions and protects the bones.

Ruto-Bt Tablet contains Trypsin, Bromelain, and Rutoside trihydrate. Ruto-Bt Tablet produce substances that fight pain, swelling, and increase the blood supply to the affected area. It also prevents free-radical damage, thereby reducing swelling. Ruto-Bt Tablet works as a potent anti-inflammatory, relieving the body of inflammation and swelling, thereby finding use in easing pain.

Use it in the dose and duration prescribed by the doctor. In some cases, Ruto-Bt Tablet may cause certain common side effects such as stomach ache and diarrhoea. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if these side effects persist or worsen.

Ruto-Bt Tablet contains Bromelain, Rutoside trihydrate and Trypsin. It is used primarily used to relieve musculoskeletal pain in the conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, tendonitis and bursitis. Bromelain is an enzyme that helps the body produce anti-inflammatory substances that help fight pain and inflammation. Rutoside trihydrate decreases macrophage-derived inflammatory mediators and also helps in reducing pain and swelling. Trypsin produces a synergistic effect on the other two medicines in the treatment of osteoarthritis.

Swallow Ruto-Bt Tablet as a whole with water; do not chew or break it.

  • Cut back on fried foods and animal fats. Eat more lean meats, healthy fats, fruits, vegetables and whole-grain foods.
  • Load up on Vitamin D rich foods such as oily fish, egg yolks, spinach, broccoli, salmon and orange juice to promote bone health.
  • Avoid caffeine, smoking and alcohol as these can precipitate inflammation.
  • Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water as dehydration is often seen in pain states.
  • Yoga has also proven very effective in controlling many pain states and promoting good health and digestion. Try to do yoga at least thrice a week.
  • Doing weight-bearing exercises such as brisk walking, jogging, tennis, or even dance can be very useful in promoting overall bone health. However, do not over-exert yourself if you feel too tired or suffer from severely brittle bones. 
  • Spend time under the sun (however, with proper sunscreen) for quality intake of Vitamin D.

Special Advise

  • In case you miss a dose of Ruto-Bt Tablet , take it as soon as possible. However, if it is too close to the next dose, revert to the original schedule. Do not ever take a double dose.
  • People with a pineapple allergy are advised not to take Ruto-Bt Tablet .
  • Ruto-Bt Tablet may change the consistency and colour of the stool. Do not get alarmed.
