About Risp 2Mg Tablet

Risp 2Mg Tablet is used to treat schizophrenia. Risp 2Mg Tablet is also used to treat behavioural problems in children aged 5 to 16 years with autism.

Risp 2Mg Tablet contains 'Risperidone' that works by blocking the effects of chemical messengers in the brain (i.e. dopamine and serotonin). Thus, it helps in improving mood, behaviour and thoughts. Risp 2Mg Tablet elevates the symptoms of the disease and prevents them from coming back. 

Take Risp 2Mg Tablet as prescribed by the doctor. In some cases, you may experience certain common side effects, such as sleepiness, vomiting, constipation, abdominal pain, nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, and fatigue. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.

Directions for Use

Tablet/Capsule: Swallow it as a whole with a glass of water; do not chew or crush the tablet/capsule. Orally disintegrating tablet: Place the orally disintegrating tablet on the tongue and allow it to dissolve. Do not chew or crush it.Syrup/Suspension/Drops: Shake the bottle well before each use. Take the prescribed dose by mouth using the measuring cup/dosing syringe/dropper.
