Vertigo is a condition in which you feel everything around you dizzy - enough to affect your balance. In general, this condition is more than just dizziness.

Pregnitab Mcz Tablet contains Meclizine and Caffeine. Meclizine is an antihistamine. It works by blocking the brain's chemicals that cause nausea, vomiting, and loss of balance. Caffeine is a central nervous system stimulant. It helps to overcome drowsiness that can be caused by meclizine.

You should take this medicine exactly as prescribed by the doctor. The common side-effects of Pregnitab Mcz Tablet are drowsiness, dry mouth, headache, fatigue (extreme tiredness), nausea, vomiting, nervousness, and irritability. These side-effects are mild and temporary. However, if any of these side-effects persist or get worse, inform your doctor immediately.

It is not recommended to take Pregnitab Mcz Tablet if you are allergic to any contents of it. Drug-Drug Interactions: Pregnitab Mcz Tablet may interact with a quinolone antibiotic (ciprofloxacin), a medicine used to treat respiratory diseases (theophylline), an antidepressant (duloxetine), a medicine used to treat Parkinson’s disease (selegiline), muscle relaxant (tizanidine), and medicines that induce sleep (clonazepam, diazepam, and lorazepam, etc.).

Drug-Food Interactions: Do not consume alcohol as it can increase the risk of side-effects.

• Try not to eat food, especially large or spicy meals, just before travelling, as it will reduce your chances of vomiting while travelling.
• Avoid drinking alcohol as it could lead to excessive drowsiness.
• Allow sufficient air to reach you while travelling as it will help reduce nausea, vomiting and reduce the ringing sensation of the ear.

Let your doctor know that you are taking Pregnitab Mcz Tablet before undergoing allergy testing as it can interfere with the results. 

Motion sickness: It is caused when nerves within your ear transmit false information about your brain's movement with signals. These nerves, along with signals from your eyes and muscles, enable your body to maintain a good sense of balance.
