Paranorm Tablet is used to treat migraine symptoms such as nausea, headache, and vomiting. Migraine is a neurological condition characterized by an intense, pulsating, throbbing, or pounding headache, typically occurring on one side of the head. However, it can also affect either side or shift.

Paranorm Tablet combines two medicines: Metoclopramide (anti-emetics) and Paracetamol (analgesics). Metoclopramide acts on the brain to prevent nausea and vomiting while also promoting stomach emptying by affecting the upper digestive muscles. Paracetamol blocks the action of prostaglandins, chemical messengers responsible for pain. Together, Paranorm Tablet effectively relieves migraine symptoms.

Take Paranorm Tablet exactly as prescribed by the doctor. Use it for the duration recommended based on your medical condition. The common side effects may include dizziness, drowsiness, diarrhea, weakness, and nervousness. These side effects are usually mild and tend to resolve on their own over time. However, contact your doctor if any symptoms persist or cause concern.

It is important to consult your doctor before taking Paranorm Tablet if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Paranorm Tablet should not be used during the first 6 months of pregnancy. Paranorm Tablet may cause drowsiness and sleepiness. Therefore, caution should be exercised while driving. Paranorm Tablet is not recommended for individuals under 18 years old, as its safety and effectiveness have not been established in this age group. Alcohol should be avoided while taking Paranorm Tablet , as it may increase drowsiness and sleepiness. Be sure to inform your doctor about your health condition and any other medications you are taking to avoid potential side effects.

Paranorm Tablet can be taken with or without food as advised by the doctor. Shake the bottle well before use. Measure the Paranorm Tablet precisely using the provided measuring cup, and administer it orally as prescribed.

Do not take Paranorm Tablet if you are allergic to any of its contents; if you have/had a blockage or bleeding in your stomach, epilepsy/fits, phaeochromocytoma (tumour of the adrenal gland), uncontrollable movements of the face, arms or legs after taking metoclopramide or medicines used to calm mental problems, if you had an operation on stomach or intestine or if you are taking levodopa. Inform your doctor before taking Paranorm Tablet if you have/had severe kidney or liver problems; if you are 65 years or older. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Paranorm Tablet should not be taken during the first six months of pregnancy. Paranorm Tablet may cause sleepiness and dizziness, so drive only if you are alert. Paranorm Tablet is not recommended for children below 18 years as safety and effectiveness have not been established. Avoid consuming alcohol with Paranorm Tablet as it could lead to increased sleepiness. Paranorm Tablet contains paracetamol; do not take any other medicines containing paracetamol along with Paranorm Tablet unless prescribed.

• Follow a regular sleep pattern to improve the amount and quality of sleep you get.
• Massage your scalp to ease the pain.
• Lie down in a quiet, dark room.
• Place a cold cloth over your forehead or neck.
• Avoid smoking, alcohol, and caffeinated drinks. 
• Learn what triggers your migraine and try avoiding them.
• Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of fluids.
• Learn relaxation skills as they help in reducing stress.
