Pamaspas Tablet is a combination medicine used to treat spasmodic dysmenorrhea (Menstrual cramps). It may also be used to treat premenstrual syndrome, spasmodic pain associated with biliary colic, renal colic, intestinal colic and pain due to inflammatory bowel disease. About Pamaspas Tablet
