Pamaspas Tablet is a combination medicine used to treat spasmodic dysmenorrhea (Menstrual cramps). It may also be used to treat premenstrual syndrome, spasmodic pain associated with biliary colic, renal colic, intestinal colic and pain due to inflammatory bowel disease. It contains Paracetamol, Pamabrom and Dicyclomine. Paracetamol works by blocking the effect of chemical messengers that cause pain. Pamabrom removes excess water from the body by increasing urine production. Dicyclomine works by relieving contractions associated with the smooth muscles of the abdomen.
