Oveclo Plus Combi Pack Kit contains ‘’Acetylcysteine, Astaxanthin and Clomiphene.’’ Oveclo Plus Combi Pack Kit treats infertility by enhancing the success rate of pregnancy and conception through the mechanism of follicle stimulation. Oveclo Plus Combi Pack Kit stimulates the brain to release a surge of reproductive hormones, which in turn act on ovarian follicles and promote ovulation (the release of egg cells from the ovary). Oveclo Plus Combi Pack Kit is a prescription-only medicine. Take Oveclo Plus Combi Pack Kit as prescribed. Oveclo Plus Combi Pack Kit may be taken with or without food. In some cases, Oveclo Plus Combi Pack Kit may cause certain common side effects such as stomach upset, bloating, mood swings and headache. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if these side effects persist or worsen. 

Inform your doctor in case of any history of menstrual problems, ovarian cysts, polycystic ovaries (PCOS), stomach ulcers, liver disease, kidney disease or cardiac disorders. Consult your doctor if you are planning to get pregnant before taking Oveclo Plus Combi Pack Kit during pregnancy or if you are breastfeeding. Consult your doctor before taking alcohol with Oveclo Plus Combi Pack Kit as there may be an interaction.

Oveclo Plus Combi Pack Kit is an ovarian stimulant. It contains Acetylcysteine, Astaxanthin and Clomiphene. It is used primarily to improve female fertility in those suffering from problems related to the proper release of the egg cells (ovulation). Acetylcysteine is a potent antioxidant and is useful in enhancing spontaneous ovulation and pregnancy rates while also regulating menstruation, periods and overall reproductive health. Astaxanthin is also a potent antioxidant that protects cells from oxidative stress and damage. Clomiphene is an ovarian stimulant and selective oestrogen receptor modulator. It regulates the levels of oestrogen in the body and increases the release of gonadotropic hormones FSH and LH. Let your doctor know if you are already on any hormonal therapy or on treatment with antitussives (cough medicines), antibiotics, activated charcoal and heart medicines for angina. 

Drug-Drug Interactions: Oveclo Plus Combi Pack Kit may interact with hormones (gonadorelin), retinoid (bexarotene), medicine for vaginal dryness and painful sex (ospemifene), blood thinners (heparin, coumadin, warfarin) and analgesic (aspirin).

Drug-Disease Interactions: Oveclo Plus Combi Pack Kit should be used with caution in patients with a known hypersensitivity disorder, abnormal uterine bleeding, breast, cervical or uterine cancer, hepatic dysfunction, pituitary inactivity, and high blood cholesterol.

• Reducing weight and having a healthy BMI is very important to improve fertility.
• Avoid smoking to improve fertility. 
• For better fertility, avoid caffeine and caffeinated drinks. Eat foods rich in antioxidants like zinc and folate and cut down on carbs. Increase your fibre intake. 
• Your doctor may ask you to record your daily temperature every morning and make a chart of your body temperature to help determine when ovulation will occur (as body temperature tends to be slightly higher around then). The timing of sex and ovulation is important for Oveclo Plus Combi Pack Kit to show its benefits. Your doctor will advise you on the same. 

• Do not discontinue taking Oveclo Plus Combi Pack Kit abruptly or without the advice of the physician.
• Please know that your doctor may order blood tests to check your hormone levels while you are on Oveclo Plus Combi Pack Kit. 
• Your doctor will also order frequent pelvic examinations while you are on treatment with Oveclo Plus Combi Pack Kit.
• Oveclo Plus Combi Pack Kit is not usually given for more than 5 days in one course.
• Bring any mood swings or mood changes to your doctor’s attention. Please see a mental health care professional if need be. 
• Before starting Oveclo Plus Combi Pack Kit, speak to your doctor about the risk of multiple pregnancies (twins or triplets) and ectopic pregnancy (where the baby grows outside the uterus).
