Otobex Ear Drops 5 ml is a combination of four drugs, namely: Beclomethasone (corticosteroid), Clotrimazole (antifungal), Lidocaine or lignocaine (local anaesthetic), and Gentamicin (antibiotic). Beclomethasone works by inhibiting the release of certain chemical messengers in the body that cause redness, itching, and swelling.
