Drug-Food Interaction: Avoid or reduce the intake of caffeine, soft drinks and alcohol that inhibit calcium absorption.

Drug-Disease Interaction: Osto Polybion Strawberry Flavour Suspension is contraindicated in hypercalcaemia, hypervitaminosis D, malabsorption syndrome, and Vitamin D toxicity. • Try Vitamin B complex food sources like milk, cheese, eggs, liver and kidney, chicken, red meat, tuna, mackerel, and salmon, shellfish, oysters, clams, dark green vegetables, such as spinach and kale, beets, avocados, potatoes, whole grains, cereals, kidney beans, black beans, and chickpea.

• Include the best dietary sources of vitamin D, such as fish liver oils and vitamin D–fortified milk.
