You can take Oritel-Amh Tablet with food or without food. It should be swallowed whole with a glass of water. Do not chew, bite, or break it. In some cases, you may experience ankle swelling, headache, dizziness, tiredness, taste change, muscle weakness, dry mouth, and extreme thirst.
