Nasiwar Syrup is a combination medicine indicated as a nasal decongestant and anti-allergic in paediatric patients. It provides relief from symptoms of a cold, such as runny nose, stuffy nose, sneezing, itching of nose and throat, itchy/watery eyes, nasal congestion, and nasal passage swelling.
Nasiwar Syrup contains Chlorpheniramine and Phenylephrine. Chlorpheniramine relieves allergy/cold symptoms. Phenylephrine provides relief from congestion. Together, Nasiwar Syrup provides relief from cold.
In some cases, Nasiwar Syrup may cause side effects such as drowsiness, dizziness, nausea and vomiting. Most of these side effects may not require medical attention and resolve gradually over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, consult the doctor.
