Myelogen PG 75 Tablet is a combination of medicine that belongs to the class of medicines known as ‘anticonvulsant'. It is primarily used for the treatment of neuropathic pain. Myelogen PG 75 Tablet contains four medicines namely Pregabalin, Mecobalamin, Folic acid and Pyridoxine. Pregabalin works by calming the damaged or overactive nerves in your body that may cause nerve or musculoskeletal pain or seizures. Besides this, it also decreases the number of pain signals sent out by damaged nerves in the body. Mecobalamin and pyridoxine both are forms of vitamin B and helps in the reconstruction and protection of damaged nerve cells by producing a substance called myelin.
