Momate-T Cream is an anti-psoriatic agent indicated in the treatment of psoriasis. Psoriasis is a skin disorder in which skin cells multiply faster than usual. This causes scaling, redness, and thickness of the skin. Psoriatic patches generally occur on the knees, elbows, scalp, and lower back.

Momate-T Cream contains Tazarotene and Mometasone. Tazarotene slows down skin cell turnover and decreases inflammation. Mometasone blocks the action of chemical messengers that cause inflammation. Together, Momate-T Cream helps treat psoriasis.

In some cases, you may experience side effects, such as itching, peeling, and dryness. Most of these side effects may not require medical attention and resolve gradually over time. However, talk to your doctor if the side effects persist or worsen.

Let the doctor know if you are allergic to any of the components in Momate-T Cream. Consult the doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep the doctor informed about your health conditions and medications to rule out any interactions/side effects.

Do not use Momate-T Cream if you are allergic to any of its components. Consult the doctor before using Momate-T Cream if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Inform the doctor if you have/had skin cancer, sensitivity to sunlight, or eczema. Do not cover the treated area with coverings/bandages unless told by the doctor. If Momate-T Cream comes in contact with eyes, nose or mouth, rinse with water immediately. Avoid using Momate-T Cream on open wounds and cuts. Let the doctor know if you are using any other medicines.

• Include cherries, berries, leafy vegetables, salmon, sardines, and fish rich in omega-3 fatty acids in your diet.
• Consume antioxidant-rich spices and herbs like cumin, ginger, sage and thyme.
• Avoid processed foods, refined sugars, and fatty foods.
• Limit intake of food that might trigger allergies, such as dairy products, soy, eggs, and nuts.
• Include fruits, vegetables, whole grains, healthy fats and fish in your diet.
• Reducing stress and maintaining a good sleep cycle would be helpful.
• Avoid getting in contact with harsh soaps, detergents and rough fabrics.
