Mitolol-XL 50 Tablet contains 'Metoprolol', which helps in slowing down the heart rate, making it easier for the heart to pump blood throughout the body. This lowers the blood pressure and helps in reducing the risk of having a stroke, heart attack, or other heart or kidney problems in the future.
