Drug-Drug Interaction: MISOPROST 25MG TABLET interacts with medicines induced for labor pain (Dinoprostone), antacid (magaldrate), mineral supplement (magnesium carbonate, magnesium oxide), medicines for constipation (magnesium hydroxide), blood pressure-lowering pills (quinapril).

Drug-Food Interaction: Avoid grapefruit juice while taking MISOPROST 25MG TABLET.

Drug-Disease Interaction: MISOPROST 25MG TABLET should be not given in patients with heart disease, and diarrhea.

• Keep your weight under control with body mass index (BMI) 19.5-24.9.
• Opt for a diet rich in whole grains, fruits, veggies, and low-fat dairy products.
• Avoid intake of acid or heartburn triggering foods or drinks like onions, peppermint, chocolate, caffeinated beverages, citrus fruits or juices, tomatoes, and high-fat and spicy foods.
• Quitting smoking and not drinking alcohol is the best strategy to lower the risk of any complication.
• Avoid chronic stress and physical exercise like running as it might increase vaginal bleeding.
