Do not take Mebryl 25 mg Tablet if you are allergic to any of its components. Inform the doctor if you have urinary or gastrointestinal obstruction, paralytic ileus, closed-angle glaucoma, heart disease, prostate enlargement, epilepsy or liver/kidney problems.
