Maxcold & Flu Tablet contains Caffeine, Cetirizine, Nimesulide, Paracetamol and Phenylephrine. Cetirizine blocks the action of histamine, a substance responsible for causing allergic reactions. Phenylephrine narrows the blood vessels; this helps in providing relief from congestion. Paracetamol and Nimesulide help relieve pain. Caffeine decreases the sleepiness caused by cetirizine. Together, Maxcold & Flu Tablet helps in treating the symptoms of the common cold.

You are advised to take Maxcold & Flu Tablet for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical condition. Sometimes, Maxcold & Flu Tablet may cause side effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, fatigue, and sleepiness. These side effects may not require medical attention and resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to the doctor if the side effects persist or worsen.
