Lacrigel Ocular Lubricant 5 gm belongs to ophthalmic eye medications used to treat dryness of the eyes. Lacrigel Ocular Lubricant 5 gm acts as artificial tears. Lacrigel Ocular Lubricant 5 gm contains Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (eye lubricant). Lacrigel Ocular Lubricant 5 gm works by forming a lubricating, transparent, and moistening film on the cornea (surface of the eye). Directions for Use

Lacrigel Ocular Lubricant 5 gm is for external use only. Lie down and tilt your head backward. Pull your lower eyelid gently with your index finger to form a pocket. Squeeze a tiny amount of gel into the pocket of the lower eyelid. Close your eyes for 1-2 minutes.Eye drops: Lie down and tilt your head backward. Pull your lower eyelid gently with your index finger to form a pocket. Instil the number of drops advised by the doctor into the pocket of the lower eyelid. Close your eyes for 1-2 minutes.
